GNSS Payload Board

A very important part of the CubETH project was the development of GNSS positioning payload. The main requirements for the board are a low price, low power consumption, and a light-weight small form factor. During the CubETH project it became clear that the board will be finished well before the satellite itself was available.

Consequently it was decided to develop and complete the payloadboard as a separate project. A cooperation with the Swiss company external page Astrocast was initiated to launch the board to space. The present launch date is in the beginning of November 2018.
